    2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.
    3. Once we inspect the item, we’ll repair or replace it as needed.

Our Customers come first

If your AirPodz show any signs of malfunction, contact our team at royalpodz.za@gmail.com with your order number to start your warranty claim. Once we receive the item, our team will either repair or replace it with a fully functional product.

  • Royal Podz 7-Day return policy

    We want you to love your new earbuds. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’re happy to accept a return within 7 days of delivery. Upon receiving the item, our team will process your refund within 1 business day.

  • Terms of Return

    • A 10% restocking fee may apply to help us maintain our competitive pricing and cover shipping costs.
    • All returns must include the original packaging and accessories. Missing items may incur additional charges.
    • Returns are not applicable to shipping services.
  • Warranty Beyond 7 Days

    If your product encounters functionality issues after 7 days, it’s still covered by our 6-month warranty. However, physical or water damage will void the warranty.
