At Royal Podz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is defective or damaged

You received the wrong item

The product is not as described

The item is unopened and unused, in its original packaging (if you're returning it for personal reasons)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, physical damage caused after delivery, or items returned outside the return window.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at refunds@royalpodz.co.za within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).

We’ll assess your request and guide you through the next steps, including return shipping instructions if your return is approved.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 15-20 business days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards or discount codes

Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” or “Non-refundable”)

Opened or used products unless faulty
Warranty Claims
Our products may come with limited warranties. If your item becomes faulty after the return period but is still under warranty, please reach out to us at claims@royalpodz.com and we’ll assist with the claim process.
