When should I expect my order to arrive?

 

Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page under the item’s details.

Our delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If you place your order after 5 PM, delivery time will be calculated starting from 8 AM the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number within 24 hours via email or SMS. This allows you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Please keep in mind that not all orders are dispatched the same day they’re placed. 

 

During peak seasons such as holidays or major sales, high order volumes and weather conditions may lead to slight delays in shipping.

For your protection, most orders require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your Royal Podz item reaches you safely and is not left unattended.
